TNEER Valvetronic Exhaust System for Ferrari Purosangue 2023+

TNEER - The Next Exhaust Engineer:

Where the Scuderia Edition is built for maximum acoustic output and unrestricted flow with race pipes, this valvetronic system is engineered for Purosangue owners who want the character of the 6.5-litre naturally aspirated V12 presented more fully than the factory exhaust allows. The distinction is deliberate and meaningful. This is a system designed around how the Purosangue is most likely to be used, as a grand touring V12 Ferrari driven daily, on long trips, and occasionally with urgency, rather than as a track tool.

The rear muffler section is the defining component of this specification. With valves closed, exhaust gases pass through the muffler, producing a deeper, more resonant tone than the factory system while maintaining a volume level appropriate for regular road use. Valves open, the full acoustic range of the naturally aspirated V12 is available on demand, responding directly to driving mode selection through the Purosangue's manettino architecture without secondary controllers or aftermarket modules.

Each section is formed from single-piece high-grade stainless-steel tubing using robotic pipe bending technology, producing continuous tube geometry throughout the system without the weld joints and flow disruptions of multi-segment construction. The Purosangue's front-engine layout requires longer primary exhaust runs through the transmission tunnel and underbody than Ferrari's mid-engine platforms, making consistent internal diameter and precise routing geometry more consequential to overall system performance. The system installs to all factory mounting locations, requiring no structural modification and maintaining correct chassis alignment throughout.

High-grade stainless-steel construction provides the thermal stability and corrosion resistance the V12's sustained heat output demands across the Purosangue's full operating range. On a platform used frequently for daily driving and long-distance touring as for performance use, long-term material integrity across varied operating conditions is a baseline requirement.

For owners who want the Purosangue's V12 to sound like what it is at all times, without the compromises of the factory system or the impracticality of a full race configuration, this system occupies a specific and considered position between the two.

Optional Downpipe Configurations:

For owners seeking maximum performance extraction, TNEER offers two downpipe specifications that address the primary restriction point in the Ferrari Purosangue exhaust path.

  • The race downpipes remove the factory catalytic converters entirely, delivering the most direct reduction in exhaust back pressure available on this platform. The effect is measurable at the turbocharger level, where reduced downstream restriction translates to faster spool, improved mid-range torque delivery, and sharper throttle response across the rev range.

THE ART OF SOUND:

In 1913, Luigi Russolo published The Art of Noises. His work explored how the industrial revolution changed the way people experience sound. Engines, machines, and mechanical movement created a new soundscape that went far beyond traditional music. Russolo believed these mechanical sounds represented the future of how people would hear and appreciate the world around them. That same philosophy connects directly with TNEER exhaust systems. Performance cars are not only about speed or appearance. Sound plays a major role in the driving experience. A well designed performance exhaust transforms the character of the car every time the engine starts. TNEER engineers focus on building high performance exhaust systems that bring out the true voice of the engine. Each system is designed to improve exhaust flow while delivering a distinct tone that drivers can feel from the first throttle input. The result is an exhaust note that feels raw, mechanical, and deeply connected to the car itself. For enthusiasts who value performance and sound, TNEER creates an experience that goes far beyond standard factory exhaust systems.
