TNEER Valvetronic Scuderia Edition Exhaust System for Ferrari Purosangue 2023+

TNEER - The Next Exhaust Engineer:

The Ferrari Purosangue presents a configuration that exists nowhere else in the SUV segment. A front-mounted 6.5-litre naturally aspirated V12 producing 715 horsepower at 7,750 RPM in a four-door, four-seat platform represents a fundamental engineering commitment to the naturally aspirated V12 at a moment when the broader industry has abandoned it entirely. The front-engine layout creates exhaust routing requirements that differ substantially from Ferrari's mid-engine V12 platforms, with longer primary runs through the transmission tunnel, greater underbody complexity, and packaging constraints introduced by the Purosangue's all-wheel drive system and raised ride height. TNEER engineers the Scuderia Edition specifically for the Purosangue's architecture, with tube geometry, optional race downpipe configuration, and mounting points developed to the exact routing requirements of the front-engine, all-wheel drive platform.

Each section is formed from single-piece high-grade stainless-steel tubing using robotic pipe bending technology, producing continuous tube geometry throughout the system without the weld joints and cross-sectional inconsistencies of multi-segment construction. On a front-engine platform with extended primary exhaust runs, maintaining consistent internal diameter and eliminating flow disruptions across the full length of the system has a more significant effect on exhaust gas velocity and back pressure than on shorter mid-engine routing. The system installs to all factory mounting locations, requiring no structural modification and maintaining correct chassis alignment throughout the Purosangue's underbody.

The optional race downpipe remove the factory catalytic converters at the primary restriction point in the exhaust path, downstream of the V12's exhaust manifolds where back pressure reduction has the most direct relationship with top-end breathing and throttle response on a naturally aspirated engine. On a 6.5-litre twelve-cylinder at 7,750 RPM, the difference between a restricted and unrestricted exhaust path at full load is audible, measurable, and immediate. These components are intended for closed course and off-road use.

The ECU-controlled valvetronic muffler integrates with the Purosangue's existing manettino drive mode architecture, adjusting valve position in response to the selected mode without secondary controllers or aftermarket modules. Valves closed, the system maintains a composed, authoritative tone appropriate for daily use and the Purosangue's grand touring operating profile, while retaining the inherent character of a naturally aspirated V12 at any throttle position. Valves open with race pipes installed, the full acoustic output of the Purosangue's V12 is unobstructed from the manifold collectors back. As engine speed builds toward the redline, the exhaust note rises with the mechanical authority of a large-displacement naturally aspirated twelve-cylinder operating without restriction. In an SUV, that acoustic experience has no contemporary equivalent. High-grade stainless-steel construction provides thermal stability and corrosion resistance to the V12's sustained heat output demands across the Purosangue's full operating range, from daily road use to track days and extended high-speed driving.

The Scuderia Edition designation reflects the intent of this system. It was developed for Purosangue owners who regard the V12 as the defining reason for the car's existence and want the exhaust system to reflect that conviction completely.

Optional Downpipe:

For owners seeking maximum performance extraction, TNEER offers a race downpipe that address the primary restriction point in the Ferrari Purosangue exhaust path.

  • The race downpipes remove the factory catalytic converters entirely, delivering the most direct reduction in exhaust back pressure available on this platform. Improved mid-range torque delivery, and sharper throttle response across the rev range.

THE ART OF SOUND:

In 1913, Luigi Russolo published The Art of Noises. His work explored how the industrial revolution changed the way people experience sound. Engines, machines, and mechanical movement created a new soundscape that went far beyond traditional music. Russolo believed these mechanical sounds represented the future of how people would hear and appreciate the world around them. That same philosophy connects directly with TNEER exhaust systems. Performance cars are not only about speed or appearance. Sound plays a major role in the driving experience. A well designed performance exhaust transforms the character of the car every time the engine starts. TNEER engineers focus on building high performance exhaust systems that bring out the true voice of the engine. Each system is designed to improve exhaust flow while delivering a distinct tone that drivers can feel from the first throttle input. The result is an exhaust note that feels raw, mechanical, and deeply connected to the car itself. For enthusiasts who value performance and sound, TNEER creates an experience that goes far beyond standard factory exhaust systems.
