PRICING-
The Creative Mods website offers a wide range of premium automotive products from suppliers around the world. Prices are entered carefully at the time of listing, but because of constant changes in currency exchange, supplier costs, shipping rates, and import duties, the checkout price may not always match what was originally shown. These shifts are outside of our control, and we adjust when needed to reflect real market conditions.
While we make every effort to maintain up to date information and accurate pricing, please note that all listed prices are subject to change without prior notice. Pricing discrepancies or changes do not entitle customers to compensation, adjustments, or damages.
We encourage customers to contact us directly prior to placing an order online to confirm current pricing and product availability. In the event an order cannot be fulfilled at the listed price, we will notify you promptly and provide a 100% refund, no questions asked. Our commitment remains to provide transparent service, competitive pricing, and exceptional customer experience.
CREDIT CARD / PayPal ORDERS-
To help protect against fraudulent transactions, Creative Mods only ships orders to the billing address associated with the customer’s credit card or PayPal account. In certain cases, secondary shipping addresses may be added by contacting your financial institution directly and having them registered to your account.
If you wish to request an exception to this policy, you may contact us via email to apply for special authorization. Please note that orders paid via wire transfer or ACH are eligible for shipment to any verified address, subject to approval.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS-
Creative Mods proudly serves customers worldwide and regularly ships internationally. For all customers located outside of North America, the initial order must be paid via bank wire transfer or international bank check. Credit card payments may be accepted on subsequent orders at the sole discretion of Creative Mods.
Customers are solely responsible for any taxes, import duties, customs fees, or other charges imposed by their respective countries. As these costs vary by destination and are beyond our control, Creative Mods cannot provide estimates or accept liability for any such charges.
Please note that international credit card transactions are subject to processing fees as follows:
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover: 5%
American Express: 7%
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable fees, duties, and currency exchange costs related to your purchase.
SPECIAL ORDER-
Some products available through Creative Mods may be designated as special order or made to order items, specifically tailored for your vehicle. Special order items include, but are not limited to, products that are built to order, customized components, one-off pieces, or any items not normally stocked or considered non-refundable by the manufacturer.
Once an invoice has been issued and a deposit or full payment has been made, all special orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled. After the order is submitted, no changes can be made, so please review all specifications and product details carefully before confirming. Sales on special order items are final.
If you are dissatisfied with an item’s appearance, functionality, or compatibility, Creative Mods will make every reasonable effort to assist you in seeking a resolution directly with the manufacturer. However, we urge all customers to exercise caution when purchasing products for vehicles that may differ from the manufacturer’s intended market, as we cannot guarantee fitment for international or non-standard vehicle variants.
Creative Mods guarantees all products we sell are 100% genuine and in brand-new condition unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g., blemished or used items). However, due to the nature of global sourcing, certain products may have multiple variations offered by the same manufacturer. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate product numbers and specifications at the time of ordering. Without precise details, Creative Mods will fulfill the order based on the manufacturer’s matching product for the intended vehicle and country of origin. Your order is not contingent upon guaranteed fitment unless expressly stated in writing at the time of purchase.
Disputes regarding incorrect product fulfillment must be submitted in writing within five (5) business days of receipt and must include supporting documentation. In cases of potential miscommunication, Creative Mods will make every effort to contact customers to verify order details before processing.
Special order lead times are estimates and may change. Any delays caused by production issues, supply chain problems, or missing updates from the manufacturer are not valid reasons for cancellation or compensation. Most manufacturers only share progress updates at major production stages, and Creative Mods is not responsible for any delays that occur.
Shipping estimates are given when we issue your invoice, but the actual cost can change if carrier rates or fuel surcharges increase. The final shipping charge is confirmed once your order arrives at our warehouse. We work with a wide range of freight carriers and brokers to find the best rates, but changes in shipping costs are not considered a valid reason to cancel an order.
All special-order parts need to be checked as soon as they arrive. For freight deliveries such as body kits or aero parts, you are responsible for taking photos of the packaging, opening everything, and inspecting it before signing the bill of lading or letting the driver leave. Skipping this step can cause the shipping carrier to reject any insurance claim. For smaller shipments sent through UPS, FedEx, DHL, or similar services, any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to send Creative Mods clear photos of the issue. If damage is not reported in time, insurance coverage or remedies may not apply.
CARBON FIBER AND FIBERGLASS-
All carbon fiber and fiberglass parts are sold without any warranty for cosmetic appearance. Because these products are handmade, small visual differences are normal. You may notice things like slight weave shifts, visible seams, light discoloration, tiny pinholes, sanding traces, or surface variations. These are expected and accepted within standard industry practices.
Unless otherwise explicitly stated or purchased as a finished product, many carbon fiber and fiberglass parts may require additional preparation, finishing, painting, or clear coating by a qualified professional to achieve optimal appearance and fitment.
By placing an order for these products, you acknowledge and accept these conditions, and agree that any warranty consideration related to these items is at the sole discretion of the original manufacturer. Creative Mods does not assume liability for aesthetic concerns or dissatisfaction related to the handcrafted nature of these components.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES-
All products ordered on a pre-paid, made-to-order basis, or those not regularly stocked by the manufacturer or distributor, are classified as special order items. All special orders must be paid in full prior to production or procurement and are strictly non-refundable.
Products sourced from U.S. based manufacturers may, in limited cases and solely at the discretion of the manufacturer or authorized distributor, be eligible for a refund if the item remains in brand new, unused condition and in its original packaging. Any such refund will be at the discretion of Creative Mods and will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
No return, exchange, or refund will be processed without a pre-approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued in writing by Creative Mods management. Items returned without a valid RMA will be refused or discarded at the sender’s expense.
All products sourced internationally are automatically deemed special order items and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
In the event of a discrepancy between the item received and the item ordered, Creative Mods will facilitate an exchange for the correct product. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
SHIPPING AND DAMAGE-
For items shipped by Creative Mods from our warehouse:
Most products leaving the Creative Mods warehouse go through careful inspection before shipping. Some items marked Do Not Repack (DNR) are sent in their original packaging and are not inspected internally. In many cases, our logistics team reinforces the manufacturer’s packaging to provide extra protection and reduce the chance of damage during transit.
Upon delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect all items immediately, regardless of the condition of the external packaging. If there is any visible damage to the box or contents, you must photograph the damage and clearly notate it on the delivery receipt prior to signing. If you are unable to properly notate damage at the time of delivery, you must refuse the shipment. Once a package is signed for as “undamaged”, all rights to file a freight damage claim are forfeited, and Creative Mods will not be able to assist further.
All shipments are insured up to the stated value of the item(s); we cannot insure packages for more than their declared value. Any damage claim must be reported to Creative Mods in writing within 24 hours of delivery. After this period, claims, reorders, or refunds related to shipping damage cannot be processed. While we cannot guarantee the outcome of any claim, Creative mods will support you to the fullest extent possible throughout the claims process.
For items shipped directly from manufacturers or third-party distributors:
If your order ships directly from a manufacturer or distributor, Creative Mods does not handle the packaging, shipping, or delivery. We also do not control their damage claim process. If there is a problem with your shipment, we will provide reasonable assistance should a shipping issue arise.
We strongly recommend that you follow the same inspection procedures outlined above when receiving third-party shipments. By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all shipping and damage claim procedures required by the third-party shipper. If you would like additional information about third-party shipping insurance or procedures, please request these details prior to finalizing your order.
SHIPPING AND ORDER DELIVERY INFORMATION-
Items that are in stock within the United States whether housed at Creative Mods warehouse or at a supplier's facility are generally delivered within 7 to 10 business days for domestic orders. Special order items sourced from overseas may require significantly more time, depending on the manufacturer’s production schedule and international shipping logistics.
As a courtesy, Creative Mods provides estimated delivery windows based on our experience with manufacturers and their current shipping schedules. These estimates are meant to give you a general idea of lead times. Actual timelines can vary, depending on product availability and complexity, orders may take anywhere from 2 weeks to over 30 weeks.
Once manufactured, items are shipped to an international logistics hub and consolidated for ocean freight transport. Transit times can be between four to six weeks: approximately one week for local documentation and customs clearance, three-four weeks at sea, and one week for U.S. customs processing. Port congestion, customs delays, and carrier backlogs may further affect timelines and are entirely outside of our control.
Given the number of variables involved, all delivery timeframes are non-binding estimates and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery window. While we make every effort to provide accurate and conservative ETAs and often deliver faster than estimated, Creative Mods does not guarantee delivery dates for any special-order items.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery times are estimates only and are subject to change. Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded because of delays caused by manufacturing or shipping issues outside of Creative Mods’ control. Any ETA provided is for reference only and based on past experiences and feedback from manufacturers
EXTENDED STORAGE FOR ORDERS / ABANDONMENT POLICY-
When an order arrives at the Creative Mods warehouse and is ready to ship, we reach out to the customer to set up delivery. We provide up to 30 days of free storage, so customers have time to plan. After that, storage fees will be applied, and we will notify the customer before billing. Customers are still responsible for making sure their products are received within that timeframe.
Storage fees are assessed as follows (per calendar month):
$85 per larger sized boxes (bumpers, body kits, etc.)
$45 per medium sized box (hoods, exhaust, etc.)
$25 per smaller sized box
If items remain in storage for over a year, or if the storage fees add up to more than the value of the items, Creative Mods may take ownership of those items to cover the balance owed, unless other payment arrangements are agreed upon. Otherwise, storage fees will continue to build and will still be the customer’s responsibility. All parts remain the property of Creative Mods until paid for in full.
Order cancellations must be submitted in writing and approved by a manager at Creative Mods within 24 hours of order placement. Cancellations are granted at our sole discretion and are typically not permitted for special order or made to order items once procurement has begun.
Please note that some product images may include optional components, accessories, or finishing (e.g., paint) for illustrative purposes only, and may not reflect the exact specifications of the item being sold. If you have questions or need clarification, we encourage you to contact us prior to placing your order.
Sometimes pricing, shipping, or tax details on the site may not be calculated correctly. If that happens, Creative Mods will notify you prior to processing your payment. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we are not liable for such errors. If an error cannot be reasonably reconciled, Creative Mods reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
COMPETITION, OFFROAD USE ONLY AND LOCAL VEHICLE REGULATIONS
Unless stated otherwise in writing, all products sold by Creative Mods are intended for racing or competition use only. They are not certified or approved for use on public streets. These parts are designed for closed-course or off-highway applications, including events run by recognized racing organizations. Any other use, such as recreational off-road driving, may be illegal under local, state, or federal law. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify whether a product is legal for road use.
Many items offered by Creative Mods are built for high-performance applications and may involve the removal or alteration of emissions or safety equipment. Federal law, along with state regulations, makes it illegal to tamper with or disable these systems on vehicles meant for street use. Violations can result in fines or other penalties, and installation of these products may void your vehicle’s factory warranty.
Vehicles equipped with these modifications may not meet requirements for registration or highway operation. Creative Mods does not control or take responsibility for how products are used once purchased. Buyers must be aware of and comply with all laws governing vehicle modifications and operation.
Creative Mods does not confirm or guarantee the legality of any product for road or track use in any location. Customers should check with local regulatory authorities before purchasing or installing any product.
WRONG, INCORRECT OR MISSING PRODUCT PRICING, SHIPPING PRICING AND OTHER DATA PERTAINING TO THE SALE/PURCHASE PROCESS-
In the event of any inaccuracies including, but not limited to, incorrect product pricing, shipping costs, or other erroneous data listed on the website Creative Mods reserves the right to cancel, nullify, or void any order affected by such errors, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed.
We maintain the right to cancel any transaction in which incorrect pricing or information was inadvertently displayed or applied, and where a purchase was subsequently completed. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer promptly, and no further obligations will be assumed by Creative Mods.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
DISPUTES / ARBITRATION-
When you place an order with Creative Mods, you agree to pay in full for all products and services you purchase. You also agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes. If any fees or costs come up because of a dispute, you accept full responsibility for them.
If a disagreement arises, you agree to try resolving it first through non-binding mediation. If that does not work, the matter will go to binding arbitration. The mediator or arbitrator will be chosen by mutual agreement between you and Creative Mods.
All mediation or arbitration will take place in Arizona. The losing party will cover the costs unless the mediator or arbitrator decides otherwise. By completing your purchase, you agree to follow this process to resolve disputes.
PRODUCT WARRANTY-
All products sold by Creative Mods are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty when one is available. Any warranty claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer, and the manufacturer alone will determine eligibility, repairs, or replacements. Creative Mods does not offer, extend, or offer any warranties beyond those issued by the manufacturer.
Warranty coverage does not include labor charges, shipping costs, exchange rate differences, incidental fees, or inconvenience of any kind. These expenses will not be reimbursed.
By placing an order with Creative Mods, whether through our website, by phone, email, or affiliated platforms, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here. If you have questions, need clarification, or wish to dispute any part of these terms, you must submit your request in writing before placing an order.
Creative Mods reserves the right to change or update these policies at any time without notice.
COPYRIGHTS-
All product images, descriptions, logos, and other content featured on the Creative Mods website are the exclusive intellectual property of Creative Mods You may not copy, reuse, or distribute them without written approval or a valid license.
Licensing is available at $115.00 USD per photo and $115.00 USD per description. Fees begin with the first use and apply until the material is removed. If the use is for only part of the year, the fee can be prorated. Creative Mods may, at its discretion, reduce or waive fees in writing on a case-by-case basis.
Any use of Creative Mods images, text, logos, or proprietary content without permission will be treated as acceptance of this policy, including the listed fees, and forfeits the right to challenge or dispute charges.
