SHIPPING AND DAMAGE-
For items shipped by Creative Mods from our warehouse:
Most products leaving the Creative Mods warehouse go through careful inspection before shipping. Some items marked Do Not Repack (DNR) are sent in their original packaging and are not inspected internally. In many cases, our logistics team reinforces the manufacturer’s packaging to provide extra protection and reduce the chance of damage during transit.
Upon delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect all items immediately, regardless of the condition of the external packaging. If there is any visible damage to the box or contents, you must photograph the damage and clearly notate it on the delivery receipt prior to signing. If you are unable to properly notate damage at the time of delivery, you must refuse the shipment. Once a package is signed for as “undamaged”, all rights to file a freight damage claim are forfeited, and Creative Mods will not be able to assist further.
All shipments are insured up to the stated value of the item(s); we cannot insure packages for more than their declared value. Any damage claim must be reported to Creative Mods in writing within 24 hours of delivery. After this period, claims, reorders, or refunds related to shipping damage cannot be processed. While we cannot guarantee the outcome of any claim, Creative Mods will support you to the fullest extent possible throughout the claims process.
For items shipped directly from manufacturers or third-party distributors:
If your order ships directly from a manufacturer or distributor, Creative Mods does not handle the packaging, shipping, or delivery. We also do not control their damage claim process. If there is a problem with your shipment, we will provide reasonable assistance should a shipping issue arise.
We strongly recommend that you follow the same inspection procedures outlined above when receiving third-party shipments. By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all shipping and damage claim procedures required by the third-party shipper. If you would like additional information about third-party shipping insurance or procedures, please request these details prior to finalizing your order.
SHIPPING AND ORDER DELIVERY INFORMATION-
Items that are in stock within the United States whether housed at Creative Mods warehouse or at a supplier's facility are generally delivered within 7 to 10 business days for domestic orders. Special order items sourced from overseas may require significantly more time, depending on the manufacturer’s production schedule and international shipping logistics.
As a courtesy, Creative Mods provides estimated delivery windows based on our experience with manufacturers and their current shipping schedules. These estimates are meant to give you a general idea of lead times. Actual timelines can vary, depending on product availability and complexity, orders may take anywhere from 2 weeks to over 30 weeks.
Once manufactured, items are shipped to an international logistics hub and consolidated for ocean freight transport. Transit times can be between four to six weeks: approximately one week for local documentation and customs clearance, three-four weeks at sea, and one week for U.S. customs processing. Port congestion, customs delays, and carrier backlogs may further affect timelines and are entirely outside of our control.
Given the number of variables involved, all delivery timeframes are non-binding estimates and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery window. While we make every effort to provide accurate and conservative ETAs and often deliver faster than estimated, Creative Mods does not guarantee delivery dates for any special-order items.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery times are estimates only and are subject to change. Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded because of delays caused by manufacturing or shipping issues outside of Creative Mods’ control. Any ETA provided is for reference only and based on past experiences and feedback from manufacturers
EXTENDED STORAGE FOR ORDERS / ABANDONMENT POLICY-
When an order arrives at the Creative Mods warehouse and is ready to ship, we reach out to the customer to set up delivery. We provide up to 30 days of free storage, so customers have time to plan. After that, storage fees will be applied, and we will notify the customer before billing. Customers are still responsible for making sure their products are received within that timeframe.
Storage fees are assessed as follows (per calendar month):
$85 per larger sized boxes (bumpers, body kits, etc.)
$45 per medium sized box (hoods, exhaust, etc.)
$25 per smaller sized box
If items remain in storage for over a year, or if the storage fees add up to more than the value of the items, Creative Mods may take ownership of those items to cover the balance owed, unless other payment arrangements are agreed upon. Otherwise, storage fees will continue to build and will still be the customer’s responsibility. All parts remain the property of Creative Mods until paid for in full.
Order cancellations must be submitted in writing and approved by a manager at Creative Mods within 24 hours of order placement. Cancellations are granted at our sole discretion and are typically not permitted for special order or made to order items once procurement has begun.

Sometimes pricing, shipping, or tax details on the site may not be calculated correctly. If that happens, Creative Mods will notify you prior to processing your payment. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we are not liable for such errors. If an error cannot be reasonably reconciled, Creative Mods reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
