The Lamborghini Urus SE represents the next generation of the Urus platform, introducing a plug-in hybrid powertrain that pairs the 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 with an electric motor for a combined system output of 800 horsepower. The hybrid architecture introduces exhaust system design considerations that differ from the standard Urus, with revised rear subframe geometry, hybrid battery packaging, and updated underbody layout creating routing constraints specific to the SE platform. TNEER engineers this valvetronic system specifically for the Urus SE, with tube routing, X-pipe placement, and mounting geometry developed to the exact underbody architecture of the hybrid platform rather than carried over from the standard Urus application.

Each section is formed from single-piece high-grade stainless-steel tubing using robotic pipe bending technology, producing continuous tube geometry throughout the system without the weld joints and flow disruptions of multi-segment construction. The X-pipe is integrated into the mid-system, cross-linking both exhaust banks to balance pulse energy between the V8's cylinder groups. These components are intended for closed course and off-road use.
  • The 200-cell sport downpipes retain a high-flow catalytic substrate, reducing restriction significantly compared to the factory units while maintaining a level of emissions compliance suitable for street-driven builds. For Urus SE owners who require a balance between performance and daily usability across both combustion and hybrid operating modes, the 200-cell specification represents a meaningful upgrade within a practical operating profile.
