TNEER engineers this valvetronic exhaust specifically for the 720S platform, with tube geometry, mounting points, and system architecture developed to the exact spatial constraints of the McLaren's carbon tub and rear subframe architecture.

Each section is formed from single-piece high-grade stainless-steel tubing using robotic pipe bending technology, producing continuous tube geometry throughout the system without the diameter reductions and flow disruptions introduced at welded junctions in multi-segment construction. On a twin-turbocharged platform with twin-scroll turbocharger architecture, exhaust gas pressure consistency and back pressure reduction downstream of the turbine outlets directly influences turbocharger efficiency, spool characteristics, and mid-range torque delivery under sustained load.
