TNEER Valvetronic Exhaust System w/ Quad Matte Black Tips for Ferrari 812 Superfast / GTS 2017+

TNEER - The Next Exhaust Engineer:

The Ferrari 812 Superfast and 812 GTS are built around a 6.5-litre naturally aspirated V12 producing 789 horsepower at 8,500 RPM, making them the most powerful naturally aspirated road cars Ferrari has produced. The front-mounted V12 configuration presents specific exhaust routing requirements distinct from mid-engine Ferrari platforms, with longer primary runs and tighter packaging constraints through the transmission tunnel and underbody. TNEER engineers this valvetronic system specifically for the 812 platform, with tube routing, mounting geometry, and system architecture developed to the Superfast and GTS chassis rather than adapted from a broader Ferrari application.

Each section is formed from single-piece high-grade stainless-steel tubing using robotic pipe bending technology, producing continuous tube geometry throughout the system without the weld joints and cross-sectional inconsistencies of multi-segment construction. The system installs directly to factory mounting locations on both the 812 Superfast and 812 GTS, requiring no structural modification and maintaining correct chassis alignment. High-grade stainless-steel construction provides the thermal stability and corrosion resistance the V12's sustained heat output demands across street, highway, and track operating conditions.

The ECU-controlled valvetronic muffler responds directly to the driving mode selected in the vehicle, integrating with the 812's existing manettino architecture without secondary controllers or aftermarket modules. Valves closed, the system maintains a composed, authoritative tone appropriate for road use while preserving the inherent character of a front-mounted naturally aspirated V12 at any throttle position. Valves open, the full acoustic output of the 812's V12 is unobstructed. As engine speed builds toward the 8,500 RPM redline, the exhaust note rises with the mechanical precision that defines a high-displacement naturally aspirated engine operating without restriction. The quad matte black tips finish the system at the rear fascia, providing a visual counterpoint to the 812's aggressive rear bodywork.

Optional System Configurations:

The catback system delivers a meaningful improvement over the factory exhaust in both flow efficiency and acoustic output. For owners who want to address the full exhaust path, TNEER offers an optional mid X-pipe and two downpipe specifications that complete the system from the primary collectors back.

  • The mid X-pipe cross-links both exhaust banks at the mid-system junction, balancing pulse energy between the V12's cylinder groups. On a twelve-cylinder of this displacement and configuration, cross-pipe scavenging contributes to both exhaust flow efficiency and the tonal coherence of the note across the rev range.
  • The race downpipes remove the factory catalytic converters at the primary restriction point in the exhaust path. On a naturally aspirated platform, back pressure reduction at the downpipe location has the most direct relationship with top-end breathing and throttle response. These components are intended for closed course and off-road use.
  • The 200-cell high-flow downpipes retain a high-flow catalytic substrate, reducing restriction significantly compared to the factory units while maintaining a level of emissions compliance appropriate for street-driven builds. For 812 owners who require a balance between performance and daily usability, the 200-cell specification represents a substantive upgrade within a practical operating profile.

Both downpipe options are constructed from high-grade stainless steel and engineered to the same fitment standard as the remainder of the system.

The Art Of Sound:

In 1913, Luigi Russolo published The Art of Noises. His work explored how the industrial revolution changed the way people experience sound. Engines, machines, and mechanical movement created a new soundscape that went far beyond traditional music. Russolo believed these mechanical sounds represented the future of how people would hear and appreciate the world around them. That same philosophy connects directly with TNEER exhaust systems. Performance cars are not only about speed or appearance. Sound plays a major role in the driving experience. A well designed performance exhaust transforms the character of the car every time the engine starts. TNEER engineers focus on building high performance exhaust systems that bring out the true voice of the engine. Each system is designed to improve exhaust flow while delivering a distinct tone that drivers can feel from the first throttle input. The result is an exhaust note that feels raw, mechanical, and deeply connected to the car itself. For enthusiasts who value performance and sound, TNEER creates an experience that goes far beyond standard factory exhaust systems.

Note:

  • Downpipes are not CARB certified and may not be legal for use on emissions controlled vehicles; intended for off road use only.

  • The valves on the exhaust can be controlled from the car cabin.
