TNEER Valvetronic Exhaust System w/Quad Dry Carbon Fiber Tips for Lamborghini Urus 2018-2022

TNEER - The Next Exhaust Engineer:

The Lamborghini Urus presents a specific engineering challenge for exhaust development. A 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 producing 641 horsepower in a performance SUV platform means the exhaust system must manage forced-induction thermal demands, navigate a constrained underbody layout shared with drivetrain and suspension components, and deliver acoustic output that reflects the Lamborghini character the platform is built around. TNEER engineers this valvetronic catback system specifically for the Urus chassis, with tube routing and mounting geometry developed to the vehicle's exact underbody architecture. Each section is formed from single-piece high-grade stainless-steel tubing using robotic pipe bending technology, producing continuous tube geometry throughout the catback without the weld joints and flow disruptions of multi-segment construction. The system installs directly to factory mounting locations, requiring no structural modification and maintaining correct chassis alignment. All primary tubing and muffler housings are constructed from high-grade stainless steel, selected for its resistance to the thermal cycling and corrosion exposure inherent to a performance SUV operated across variable conditions and climates.

The ECU-controlled valvetronic muffler manages acoustic output through the Urus's existing vehicle architecture without secondary controllers. Valves closed, the system maintains a composed tone appropriate for daily and highway use. Valves open, the twin-turbocharged V8 produces a more aggressive, pronounced exhaust note that builds with engine speed. On a forced-induction platform, the character of that note at full throttle is a direct reflection of how efficiently exhaust gases are moving through the system. The quad dry carbon fiber tips complete the system at the rear fascia. Dry carbon construction produces a tighter weave density and more refined surface finish than wet-laid composite, providing a visual finish consistent with the level of engineering specified throughout the rest of the system.

Optional Downpipe Configurations:

For owners seeking maximum performance extraction, TNEER offers two downpipe specifications that address the primary restriction point in the Urus exhaust path.

  • The race downpipes remove the factory catalytic converters entirely, delivering the most direct reduction in exhaust back pressure available on this platform. The effect is measurable at the turbocharger level, where reduced downstream restriction translates to faster spool, improved mid-range torque delivery, and sharper throttle response across the rev range.
  • The 200-cell sport downpipes retain a high-flow catalytic substrate, reducing restriction significantly compared to the factory units while maintaining a level of emissions compliance suitable for owners who require it. For street-driven builds where race downpipes are not practical, the 200-cell specification represents a meaningful performance upgrade within a more usable operating profile.

Both downpipe options are constructed from high-grade stainless steel and engineered to the same fitment standard as the catback system.

The Art Of Sound:

In 1913, Luigi Russolo published The Art of Noises. His work explored how the industrial revolution changed the way people experience sound. Engines, machines, and mechanical movement created a new soundscape that went far beyond traditional music. Russolo believed these mechanical sounds represented the future of how people would hear and appreciate the world around them. That same philosophy connects directly with TNEER exhaust systems. Performance cars are not only about speed or appearance. Sound plays a major role in the driving experience. A well designed performance exhaust transforms the character of the car every time the engine starts. TNEER engineers focus on building high performance exhaust systems that bring out the true voice of the engine. Each system is designed to improve exhaust flow while delivering a distinct tone that drivers can feel from the first throttle input. The result is an exhaust note that feels raw, mechanical, and deeply connected to the car itself. For enthusiasts who value performance and sound, TNEER creates an experience that goes far beyond standard factory exhaust systems.

Note:

  • Valves are ECU controlled
  • Downpipes are not CARB certified and may not be legal for use on emissions controlled vehicles; intended for off road use only.
