The SV00 wheels for the Chevrolet Corvette C8 Z06 are the foundational design in the Forgelite SV Series, and the wheel that establishes the design language the entire collection is built around. It is forged from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum, a material specification chosen for its combination of structural strength and low mass and machined to the exact dimensions of the vehicle it is built for. The result is a wheel that is measurably lighter than OEM cast aluminum, with the dynamic benefits that reduction delivers at the unsprung level: faster acceleration, more consistent braking, and more responsive handling.

The spoke design begins with a fundamental 5Y layout that has been reengineered through spoke surface elevation shifts and spoke hollowing, removing material from the spoke sections where it contributes mass without contributing structural load capacity. The result is a spoke profile that is visually defined and dimensionally complex in a way that conventional spoke machining does not produce. The design reads as motorsport-derived without resorting to the generic multi-spoke aesthetic common to the category.

The SV00 is FEA tested to 300,000 cornering fatigue cycles at 1.5G lateral load, exceeding the TÜV Rheinland standard of 200,000 cycles by 50%. On an F1 circuit averaging 17 turns per lap, that represents over 17,500 laps of validated structural integrity at sustained performance loads. Every wheel is produced with a controlled runout tolerance under 0.50mm, tighter than the industry standard of 0.76mm, with most wheels achieving 0.30mm or lower. Each wheel ships with a QC certificate showing the actual measured runout value.

Each SV00 is built to order to the confirmed specification. No shelf stock. No adaptation from an existing size. OEM TPMS, lug bolt, and lug nut compatibility is standard across all configurations, ensuring installation integrates with the vehicle's existing hardware without modification. Brake clearance is individually engineered to the specific vehicle application, including OEM carbon ceramic and aftermarket big brake kit configurations. For exotic and high-performance platforms where large caliper and rotor packages are common, this level of brake clearance engineering is a prerequisite for correct fitment rather than an optional consideration.

Finish options are available across Forgelite's solid tone and premium powder coat range, each available in gloss or satin clear coat. Forgelite transparent finishes are a premium application that begins with a polished aluminum base, bringing the machined surface of the wheel to a high luster before any coating is applied. The transparent coat is then applied over that polished foundation, preserving the natural depth and reflectivity of the aluminum beneath while adding a protective layer that holds the finish over time. Accent Color Fill:

Forgelite offers solid color fills across four distinct areas, allowing owners to introduce accent colors that complement the wheel's finish, the vehicle's paint, brake calipers, or broader build direction.

Center cap logo, wheel logo, feature grooves, and custom engravings are each available with independent color fill selection, giving owners precise control over how accent colors are distributed across the wheel face. Each area can be matched to a single cohesive color or specified individually for a more layered visual result.
For builds where color coordination across exterior details is part of the overall design intent, the fill options provide the level of specificity that a single finish color alone cannot deliver. Choose from Black, Tiffany, Yellow, Light Blue, Deep Blue, Green, Grey, Racing Red, White, Acid Green, and Orange.

Center Cap Options:

Sports Style: Billet aluminum motorsport cap. The standard fitment on every Magnesium Series wheel, built around the track pressure relief requirement as its primary engineering objective.
Competition Style: Solid aluminum construction with hollowed-out chambers machined into the cap structure to relieve pressure buildup during high-speed track use, preventing cap ejection under the conditions that standard caps are not designed to withstand. Saves approximately 25 grams per cap over the Sports Style. For owners prioritizing rotational mass reduction, the saving across a full set of four caps is a measurable contribution to overall wheel assembly weight.
Unibody 4-Piece Modular with Weave Carbon Insert: Modular center cap construction with a gloss weave carbon fiber insert, presenting the traditional woven composite surface for owners whose build direction calls for a more refined visual at the wheel center.

SHIPPING AND DAMAGE-

For items shipped by Creative Mods from our warehouse:

Most products leaving the Creative Mods warehouse go through careful inspection before shipping. Some items marked Do Not Repack (DNR) are sent in their original packaging and are not inspected internally. In many cases, our logistics team reinforces the manufacturer’s packaging to provide extra protection and reduce the chance of damage during transit.

Upon delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect all items immediately, regardless of the condition of the external packaging. If there is any visible damage to the box or contents, you must photograph the damage and clearly notate it on the delivery receipt prior to signing. If you are unable to properly notate damage at the time of delivery, you must refuse the shipment. Once a package is signed for as “undamaged”, all rights to file a freight damage claim are forfeited, and Creative Mods will not be able to assist further.

All shipments are insured up to the stated value of the item(s); we cannot insure packages for more than their declared value. Any damage claim must be reported to Creative Mods in writing within 24 hours of delivery. After this period, claims, reorders, or refunds related to shipping damage cannot be processed. While we cannot guarantee the outcome of any claim, Creative Mods will support you to the fullest extent possible throughout the claims process.

For items shipped directly from manufacturers or third-party distributors:

If your order ships directly from a manufacturer or distributor, Creative Mods does not handle the packaging, shipping, or delivery. We also do not control their damage claim process. If there is a problem with your shipment, we will provide reasonable assistance should a shipping issue arise.

We strongly recommend that you follow the same inspection procedures outlined above when receiving third-party shipments. By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all shipping and damage claim procedures required by the third-party shipper. If you would like additional information about third-party shipping insurance or procedures, please request these details prior to finalizing your order.

SHIPPING AND ORDER DELIVERY INFORMATION-

Items that are in stock within the United States whether housed at Creative Mods warehouse or at a supplier's facility are generally delivered within 7 to 10 business days for domestic orders. Special order items sourced from overseas may require significantly more time, depending on the manufacturer’s production schedule and international shipping logistics.

As a courtesy, Creative Mods provides estimated delivery windows based on our experience with manufacturers and their current shipping schedules. These estimates are meant to give you a general idea of lead times. Actual timelines can vary, depending on product availability and complexity, orders may take anywhere from 2 weeks to over 30 weeks.

Once manufactured, items are shipped to an international logistics hub and consolidated for ocean freight transport. Transit times can be between four to six weeks: approximately one week for local documentation and customs clearance, three-four weeks at sea, and one week for U.S. customs processing. Port congestion, customs delays, and carrier backlogs may further affect timelines and are entirely outside of our control.

Given the number of variables involved, all delivery timeframes are non-binding estimates and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery window. While we make every effort to provide accurate and conservative ETAs and often deliver faster than estimated, Creative Mods does not guarantee delivery dates for any special-order items.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery times are estimates only and are subject to change. Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded because of delays caused by manufacturing or shipping issues outside of Creative Mods’ control. Any ETA provided is for reference only and based on past experiences and feedback from manufacturers

EXTENDED STORAGE FOR ORDERS / ABANDONMENT POLICY-

When an order arrives at the Creative Mods warehouse and is ready to ship, we reach out to the customer to set up delivery. We provide up to 30 days of free storage, so customers have time to plan. After that, storage fees will be applied, and we will notify the customer before billing. Customers are still responsible for making sure their products are received within that timeframe.

Storage fees are assessed as follows (per calendar month):

$85 per larger sized boxes (bumpers, body kits, etc.)

$45 per medium sized box (hoods, exhaust, etc.)

$25 per smaller sized box

If items remain in storage for over a year, or if the storage fees add up to more than the value of the items, Creative Mods may take ownership of those items to cover the balance owed, unless other payment arrangements are agreed upon. Otherwise, storage fees will continue to build and will still be the customer’s responsibility. All parts remain the property of Creative Mods until paid for in full.

Order cancellations must be submitted in writing and approved by a manager at Creative Mods within 24 hours of order placement. Cancellations are granted at our sole discretion and are typically not permitted for special order or made to order items once procurement has begun.
