Forgelite ML SERIES ML06 (20"/21") Wheel Set for Lamborghini Aventador 2011+

The ML06 Monoblock wheel set for the Lamborghini Aventador is a specific configuration within the Forgelite ML Series, engineered to the exact fitment requirements of the 5 lug Aventador platform in a one-piece forged construction. Forged from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum, chosen for its combination of structural strength and low mass, the ML06 is machined to the exact dimensions of the Aventador and measurably lighter than OEM cast aluminum. At the unsprung level, that reduction delivers faster acceleration, more consistent braking, and more responsive handling on a platform where chassis dynamics are already developed to a high standard.

The ML06 is built around a hexagonal design philosophy that informs every visual decision in the wheel. Six spokes and hexagonal negative space work together as a cohesive geometric system, producing a spoke layout that is immediately recognizable and visually specific in a way that conventional spoke counts and shapes are not. It is Forgelite's interpretation of classic motorsport wheel design executed through modern CNC machining and engineering techniques, a design with a clear point of reference that reads as current rather than derivative. On the Aventador's wide, aggressive proportions, the hexagonal geometry of the ML06 presents with the visual authority the platform demands.

The defining feature of the ML Series is Forgelite's proprietary MonoLock center hub assembly. The MonoLock system delivers a centerlock aesthetic to the Aventador without requiring a centerlock hub conversion, bringing the visual language of factory centerlock configurations found on GT race cars and high-specification road cars directly to the platform. The centerlock appearance is not a cap overlay or a cosmetic addition. It is a purpose-built hub assembly designed around that visual objective from the outset, and it is specific to the ML Series.

The ML06 is FEA tested to 300,000 cornering fatigue cycles at 1.5G lateral load, exceeding the TÜV Rheinland standard of 200,000 cycles by 50%. On an F1 circuit averaging 17 turns per lap, that represents over 17,500 laps of validated structural integrity at sustained performance loads. Every wheel is produced with a controlled runout tolerance under 0.50mm, tighter than the industry standard of 0.76mm, with most wheels achieving 0.30mm or lower. Each wheel ships with a QC certificate showing the actual measured runout value.

Each ML06 is built to order to the confirmed specification. No shelf stock. No adaptation from an existing size. OEM TPMS, lug bolt, and lug nut compatibility is standard across all configurations, ensuring installation integrates with the vehicle's existing hardware without modification.

Finish options are available across Forgelite's solid tone and premium powder coat range, each available in gloss or satin clear coat. For owners who want to further personalize the wheel, custom engraving and accent color fills on center cap logos and wheel text are available, allowing the SV08 to be specified to a level of detail that reflects the broader build direction of the vehicle it is fitted to.

Solid Tone Finishes:

  • Forgelite offers an extensive range of solid tone powder coat finishes, each available with a gloss or satin clear coat applied over the base color to enhance durability and long-term appearance. Every powder coat used in the finish process is manufactured in the USA, reflecting the same material sourcing standard that defines Forgelite Wheels. See the image gallery for the full range of solid tone color swatches.
  • For customers whose build requires a specific color outside Forgelite's standard solid tone range, custom solid color matching is available through Prismatic Powders, the powder coat manufacturer Forgelite uses across their finish process. Prismatic Powders maintains an extensive catalog of solid color options beyond what is offered as standard. To specify a custom color, select "Custom Solid Color" from the finish dropdown at the time of order and provide the Prismatic Powders SKU for the exact color required in the "Additional Information" field. The SKU can be found directly on the Prismatic Powders website by browsing their solid color catalog.

Premium Finishes:

  • Forgelite transparent finishes are a premium application that begins with a polished aluminum base, bringing the machined surface of the wheel to a high luster before any coating is applied. The transparent coat is then applied over that polished foundation, preserving the natural depth and reflectivity of the aluminum beneath while adding a protective layer that holds the finish over time. Available with a gloss or satin clear coat applied over the base color to enhance durability and long-term appearance. See the image gallery for the full range of premium color swatches
  • For customers whose build requires a specific color outside Forgelite's premium finishes range, custom color matching is available through Prismatic Powders, the powder coat manufacturer Forgelite uses across their finish process. Prismatic Powders maintains an extensive catalog of Metallic, Texture or Transparent color options beyond what is offered as standard. To specify a custom color, select "Custom Color" from the finish dropdown at the time of order and provide the Prismatic Powders SKU for the exact color required in the "Additional Information" field. The SKU can be found directly on the Prismatic Powders website by browsing their color catalog.

Brushed or Polished Option:

  • The hand-brushed finish is applied entirely by hand by Forgelite's artisans using 150 to 200 grit sandpaper, introducing a fine directional texture to the aluminum surface before a transparent color and clear coat finish is applied over the top. The brushing process works with the machined contours of the wheel, requiring the artisan to navigate every spoke surface, transition, and detail by hand to achieve a consistent texture across the entire face. The result is a finish with a depth and subtlety that machine-applied processes cannot replicate. The brushed texture reads through the transparent color and clear coat finish as a refined surface detail, distinct from both a polished and a powder coated finish, and specific to the hand and technique of the person who applied it.
  • The mirror polished finish is achieved through a combination of machine and hand polishing that removes all machine marks and surface texture from the aluminum, working the surface down to a reflective, mirror-like finish. The process is progressive, moving through successive stages of polishing until the aluminum reaches a clarity and reflectivity that presents the material at its most refined. A transparent color and satin or gloss clear coat is then applied over the polished surface to preserve the high luster finish and protect it from the environmental exposure that would otherwise degrade an uncoated polished aluminum surface over time. The clear coat selection allows owners to introduce a subtle tint to the polished base through the transparent color application, or preserve the natural silver of the aluminum beneath a fully clear coat. In either direction, the mirror surface beneath the coating remains the defining visual element of the finish.

Accent Color Fill:

Forgelite offers solid color fills across four distinct areas, allowing owners to introduce accent colors that complement the wheel's finish, the vehicle's paint, brake calipers, or broader build direction.

  • Center cap logo, wheel logo, feature grooves, and custom engravings are each available with independent color fill selection, giving owners precise control over how accent colors are distributed across the wheel face. Each area can be matched to a single cohesive color or specified individually for a more layered visual result.
  • For builds where color coordination across exterior details is part of the overall design intent, the fill options provide the level of specificity that a single finish color alone cannot deliver. Choose from Black, Tiffany, Yellow, Light Blue, Deep Blue, Green, Grey, Racing Red, White, Acid Green, and Orange.

Center Cap Options:

The MonoLock is Forgelite's proprietary 6-piece centerpiece, manufactured using state-of-the-art CNC machining and the latest carbon composite 3D printing technology. The assembly uses no exposed screws, eliminating the loose hardware and corrosion points that conventional front-assembled modular caps introduce over time. The result is a centerpiece that maintains a clean, uninterrupted face regardless of operating conditions or the thermal cycling that track and performance use places on the wheel center. The MonoLock is fully customizable at three points. Logo text fill color, inner aluminum ring color, and carbon insert selection can each be specified independently, allowing the centerpiece to be configured to complement the wheel finish, vehicle paint, brake caliper color, or broader build direction with a level of detail that a fixed center cap cannot accommodate. Contact our wheel specialists if you have questions about color fill options during the configuration process.

  • MonoLock 6-Piece with Weave Carbon Insert: Modular center cap construction with a gloss weave carbon fiber insert, presenting the traditional woven composite surface for owners whose build direction calls for a more refined visual at the wheel center.
  • MonoLock 6-Piece with  Forged Carbon Insert: Modular center cap construction with a gloss forged carbon fiber insert, delivering the distinct mottled texture of compression-molded carbon at the center of the wheel.

About Forgelite Wheels:

Forgelite was established in 2019 and is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. The company was founded by a team with professional mechanical engineering backgrounds and over a decade of combined experience in the motorsports industry, a foundation that informs every design and manufacturing decision the brand makes.

Every Forgelite wheel design is developed entirely in-house by their designer engineer. The process begins with traditional hand sketches before progressing through exhaustive 3D solid modeling and iterative design refinement spanning multiple months. The result is a catalog of wheel designs that are proprietary, visually distinct, and developed to a standard that generic CAD-to-production workflows do not produce. No design leaves the process until it meets the visual and engineering standard the brand was built around.

Forgelite maintains a proprietary fitment database that enables inch-perfect wheel and tire combinations for each vehicle application. For owners of exotic, luxury, and high-performance vehicles where fitment precision is as consequential to the finished result as design and finish selection, that database represents a meaningful engineering investment in the customer outcome rather than a standard order process.
