CSF Charge-Air Cooler Manifold (Raw Billet) for Toyota Supra (A90/A91) / BMW (B58 G-Series) 2020-2025

The CSF Charge Air Cooler Manifold (Raw Billet) for the Toyota Supra A90/A91 and BMW B58 G-Series is the result of over 1,500 hours of engineering, machining, and real-world testing. Developed in collaboration with VF Engineering and Custom Plenum Creations, this high-performance manifold targets one of the most limiting components in the B58 engine platform.

Designed for serious street and motorsport applications, this billet manifold features an upgraded water-to-air intercooler system that improves intake air cooling efficiency while reducing pressure drop across the system. The result is more consistent power delivery and improved thermal management under load.

This complete solution includes an integrated fuel rail and provisions for top-feed port injection, giving you the flexibility to support higher horsepower builds. Whether you are building a track-focused Supra or a high-output B58-powered BMW, the CSF Super Manifold provides the airflow, cooling, and fueling support needed to push your setup further.

Notes:

  • This product is intended for off-highway and motorsports use only.
  • Mild Hybrid Models (48V systems) will require minor modification to the alternator.
  • Engine cover will not fit if the fuel rail is installed.
  • Because of how technical and complex this product is to manufacture, improvements and changes to the manifold, hardware, and instructions are to be expected between production runs.

  • CSF pressure tests each #8200 / #8200B / #8200C manifold at 60-70 PSI for a period of 2-3 minutes during the Quality Control and Inspection process. The CSF manifold is not designed to operate above 60 PSI. Any users who chose to operate their vehicle with the CSF manifold over 60 PSI does so at their own risk. Operation at these pressure levels will void the CSF Limited Lifetime Warranty.
